The Fuelery is a one-of-a-kind modern health cafe experience in Louisville, Kentucky. We aspire to be your first-choice stop for nutritious fuel, whether you want to stay and enjoy a meal or to pop in and out for your meal prep, smoothies or supplemental needs.

Andrew and Brookelyn Cubbage saw an opportunity in 2020 to bring healthy food and beverage options to the Louisville community in the most convenient way. The Fuelery not only provides ready-to-order meal prep options to save you time (and your sanity), it serves as your supplement store, your morning coffee run, and a fresh and clean place to share a nutritious meal. 

The Cubbage’s are committed to bringing healthy options to the city, having also founded FUEL Meal Prep in the Louisville area, serving your custom meal needs, one-time orders and subscription meal prep plans. The Fuelery, situated on Frankfort Ave between Vernon Ave and N Bellaire Ave, is the health cafe extension to the FUEL family.

Our Chef

Executive Chef Devon Rosenblatt is an accomplished Chef with over ten years’ progressive industry experience. As an Auguste Escoffier graduate, he has worked in upscale, casual, and fine dining environments, including owning his Casual American restaurant by the name of The Kitchen, and helping to reopen the historic and renowned Beehive Augusta Tavern in Augusta, Kentucky. 

A Virginia native, he has spent the last ten years studying the culinary world in different parts of Kentucky, and after a stint as chef at locally-known North End Cafe, chose Louisville as his base to broaden those studies. As the creator of Louisville’s 2019 Burger Week winning burger, The Big Cheese, he has brought his passion, drive, and industry experience to the health-food world to show us what he can do. 

Chef Rosenblatt’s focus is to “bring our FUEL family the highest quality food, the healthiest way;” and we are thrilled to have him with us.
